CORE Goalkeeper Academy Curriculum

Core Goalkeeper Academy offers exclusive curriculum developed by Chris Sharpe and delivered by Chris and his team of fully qualified goalkeeper coaches. No other academy offers the depth and breadth of training for goalkeepers. Core's program focuses on:

• Footwork and Set Position Techniques
• Handling Techniques
• Shot Stopping Techniques
• Crossing and High Ball Techniques
• 1v1 / Breakaway Techniques
• Distribution Techniques
• Starting Positions
• Goalkeeper Strength and Speed work

Core Goalkeeper Academy's Curriculum is built to fit any goalkeeper of any age and ability. From the beginner to the advanced goalkeeper, it will challenge each and every goalkeeper to exceed and excel beyond their own expectations, and help each individual become and well-rounded and polished goalkeeper.

Core Goalkeeper Supplemental Training:

Core Goalkeeper Academy is a supplemental Training Program:

By this we mean we are not affiliated to any one US CYS soccer club anywhere in the USA.  All our programs are supplementary: "functioning in a supporting capacity".

We offer two different types of training:

1) Year Round Camps(Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring), goalkeeper training programs for goalkeepers of all ages and all abilities and from ALL clubs, to come and train in a high level, fun and enjoyable environment.  All seasonal programs are broken up into age and ability specific sessions.

2) Youth Soccer Club Support Program: Colorado youth soccer clubs hire the Staff of the Core Goalkeeper Academy to come and direct the coaching for the goalkeepers during their seasons. 8-16 week spring and fall season programs.
